Pricing and Plans

Unlimited tiers have high-speed and reduced-speed limits, so check the current destination offer rather than treating unlimited as unlimited full-speed data.
App Experience and Setup
Buy and manage plans in the Saily app. Check that your phone is unlocked and eSIM-compatible before purchase. Follow the current in-app installation and activation instructions; installation and the start of plan validity are different steps.
Coverage and Network Quality
Saily advertises 200+ destinations. The tracked-country catalog below is a separate BetterSIM snapshot and can contain fewer destinations. Match the specific plan’s country list to every stop; standard and Ultra coverage differ.
Network availability depends on the country, local partner and device. Hotspot is supported, but usage still draws from the plan and speed limits can apply.
Customer Support
Saily advertises 24/7 chat support. Use the current app or help center for activation and plan issues. A published support channel does not establish a measured response time.
Security and Optional Phone Services
Core data plans and the Ultra security bundle are different products. Optional app phone numbers can add calling and messaging; availability, identity checks, rates and included usage depend on the product. Check Saily’s phone-number page rather than assuming a phone number is included with every data plan.
Family Sharing and Ultra
The Saily Family Plan can share eligible unactivated plans with up to four additional people; Ultra and unlimited plans are excluded. This differs from hotspot sharing from one phone. Ultra is a separate subscription with tier-specific high-speed allowances and NordVPN, NordPass, NordLocker and Incogni access.
